So most of my friends all got Nissans, Honda’s and Toyota’s. They all laugh at my BMW. Telling me for decades to “sell that POS”.

Now here is the funny part. Whenever I help change their oil or look under their car or check their suspension I find tons of problems like oil leaks, steering rack leaks, oily struts, ball joints holding on to dear life, horrible wheel bearing knocking noises, etc.I tell them to replace this stuff and they say “as long as it still runs it doesn’t need to be replaced”.

One guys Honda keeps eating transmissions and he says “It’s only 1 problem your BMW has hundreds”.

So it seems Honda’s and Toyota’s are only reliable as long as you never take it to a mechanic and doesn’t leave you stranded yet. Seems these drivers think their cars will run forever so they never get it inspected. However if they got it inspected they would get issues from time to time like a BMW.

We BMW owners know they are not reliable so we constantly get it checked out and obviously problems will occur from time to time.

Hello everyone, curious to see if anyone has utilized the Military Discount through BMW? Currently overseas right now and was wondering if anyone has used it in the states.

Looking to buy my first bmw, zeroed on 330i and m340i. The issue is, in US because of chip shortage there no deals at all. I am getting 46k for 330 and 62k for m340i. For all owners is it a good price or should i wait ? and is m340i worth extra grands? planning to keep car for longer say 6-7 years
