Found some used bmws in my area and got me really interested.
Saw a 2013 328i for 17k but has 50k miles on it.
And a 2017 320i for 21k, 50k miles.
Took both of them for a test drive and they drive fantastic! Just not sure which one I Should take. I don’t know much about cars except drive them so any input would definitely be appreciated.

Subject: Trying to find out the size of the X3 and X1 boot. Trying to decide what car to get. I need to fit large artist canvases in it for work. 120x120cm (5cm deep) kinda size. Wondering if I could fit them in the boot at an angle diagonal, or fit them at an angle through the back doors along the seats.
I’m not in the BMW world, but found a seemingly clean, low mile E39 525it for sale and plan on viewing it later today. Anyone have any tips on what to look for on these? I’d love to know areas where rust is common and the more common, expensive mechanical failures.
I am well aware that it’s a 20 year old vehicle, so I’m not overly concerned with maintenance items (brakes, suspension, fluids), but I’d appreciate some input from you guys.
Thanks!!

Subject: “First mile/road hazard” insurance actually worth it…
At least in NYC… 2300 dollars for. 3 years… these run flat on the m850i are freaking 350+ retail each…
To my surprise in the middle of a four lane highway there is a raised sharp bump in middle of the road (gotta love NYC). It took out both of my fronts (passenger side started losing air after a week, and the driver side got a bubble). All this within 6months of purchase lol… the insurance already covered about 900$ worth of cost lol…
NYC roads certainly not nice to cars… highly recommend anybody using run flats in NYC. Knock on wood I don’t get anymore out of this insurance lol.

Subject: There's an armored car hiding in this photo.....
Hey all, So 2 weeks ago I placed an order for an m4. I didn’t get an allocation, the salesman said there were 2 or 3 ppl in front of me, who knows if that’s the truth. Now they are an m certified dealer, whatever that means. I live in the suburbs of Chicago and was wondering what you all think, should I call around looking for an allocation or just wait? I have bought /leased cars from this dealer before. He originally said it could take 3-6 months for delivery.
