Subject: 830 Credit score and BMW turns me down for the 1.9% financing.
Said it was too long since my last “auto-loan” (which was fully paid off in 2011).
Is this a real thing or just a dishonest dealer trying to bait/switch me into their personal kickbacks by steering me to a different lender?

Subject: So yeah this happened, it’s been emotional!! According to admiral insurance this car is a write off and the damage exceeds the cost of the car (7k). Booked in Monday. All for under £900. First crash it’s been an experience I don’t wanna repeat.
Subject: BMW X1, good for 17 year ownership? Vs q3/XC40?
Hello, I don’t mean this lost to be inflammatory in any way, it’s an honest question: my last car easily lasted 17 years (only 5k miles per year) In choosing my my next I’m looking for an urban small SUV that I’ll still enjoy looking at in 17 years but won’t hate because of unreasonable maintenance demands. I’m great at upkeep but I want to reduce as much as possible weird failures. I’m between the X1, Q3, XC40 and the Mazda CX30. I considered Lexus but they are underpowered for merging in my urban area and I feel the UX is a little cramped but the NX is a bit to big for many parking adventures. Anyway, what are the current thoughts on BMW reliability generally and X1 reliability specifically. I had considered the 2 series but I think the X1 is more everyday useful and a bit smaller to boot. Thanks!

Subject: Following the M5 CS with the Frozen Green paint I posted a couple days ago... a Vermillion X5. Stressful cars to drive because I'm petrified of ruining the paint.
Subject: Does anyone know about pedal mods? I have seen a couple youtube about being able to adjust the sensitivity of your pedal.
Decreasing the slack and making the car a lil more responsive without having to step down so much.
Does anyone own or have it install on their bmw? How is it ? And does it greatly affect your gas consumption?
I love how sport mode on my 2014 320i feels but its a gas drainer.
Let me know what ya know or think!

Hi, looking to buy my first bmw and I’m just wondering what would be the best 3 series to buy? Is the 316i more reliable than the other 320i? Or should I get the diesel version just wondering how many miles I should stay away from aswell like is 240k too much for a 08/09 or should I look for more modern 11/12’s
