Subject: Picking up my first BMW tomorrow, any tips and things to do and not to do?
Hi everyone,
Wanted to ask if anyone has any advice on what to do and what not when getting a first BMW. Never owned one so far. One that I ordered arrived from another country and is currently on registration / yearly checkup and will be ready tomorrow for me to pick up and register.
The model I got is a 2014 M550d xDrive Touring. I am in the EU.
Thanks.

Hi guys. I have the opportunity to buy a 2003 330Ci cabriolet. The current owner, however, has put some not great aftermarket rims on. Not feeling them. I want to get OEM rims that are more along the lines of these. Firstly, what is the name and size, etc. of this particular rim to try track them down? And secondly, are the rims in that pic the original rim the 2003 330Ci cabriolet came out with?

Subject: Why does the dealer use non touchless machine wash?
It’s mind blowing to me that dealers are still using non touchless machine wash. Every time a car goes in for service they’ll do the machine wash and fuck up the paint. I tell them not to do it everytime. But imagine all the other people that don’t know about this. And new cars that get molested by the machine wash. 🤦♂️ I think this is not acceptable for a brand like BMW. The cars are not cheap. Imagine putting a M8 competition through one of those? Yikes.

Subject: Hey guys, I'm thinking about getting a E63 BMW with 4.0i, 4.5i or 5.0i engine but I heard that in general E63s are not really reliable cars. I wanna know if that is really true and if somebody had one what was your experiance, thank you :)
