Subject: Thoughts on the BMW M340i?

The M340i seems like an amazing M-like car for a lot less than an M3 for example. Great turbocharged 382hp straight 6 engine and a supposed 4.1 second 0-60, which is quite surprising for the price. There's not really any other auto makers that make a comparable alternative for the price. I looked at the options, and once almost fully loaded, it's just under $60,000. A Mercedes C43 AMG, for example, easily exceeds $60,000 for the same paint job or seat materials/color. Audi has the S4 or RS3, but they get a more pricey for what they give than BMW. Just wondering if I'm over praising the M340i or it really is just that good.
