Subject: First Bmw Need advice

2004 325CI 175k miles Takes a lil to start when it’s cold but when it’s hot starts right up the idle surges sometimes could it be spark plugs causing that? I know it could be many things but should I start with that? It also has a wobble in the steering wheel on rough roads but on smooth roads it’s good It’s my first bmw im coming from Hondas but I’m willing to learn

Subject: Feels like x3 isn’t powerful enough?!

Recently purchased x3 sdrive. The first time I test drove at the dealer, I felt it was so powerful and accelerated so quickly, esp when I was onramping a freeway, which is why I feel in love (along with other factors). I didn’t end up getting that one bc we couldn’t come to an agreement on the price, but eventually got the same car from a different dealer. This one, albeit the exact same car, just feels not as powerful. Is it possible that there are settings in the car (besides the obvious sport/comfort/eco modes) that I can change?? I remember the salesman at the first dealer messing with the settings while I was driving.
