Every BMW is always priced lower than it’s Mercedes counterparts. I’ve always thought that Mercedes pricing is out of whack considering the quality in comparison to BMW’s. Is it the better tech/equipment in the Mercedes, better perceived prestige of the Three Pointed Star?

I am a California resident and was looking to buy a 2023 330e xDrive. My dealer says if I book now it will arrive in January(I am fine waiting till then). I was backing on the $5800 tax credit for it but now the US govt seems to be passing a new law which adds income criteria of <150k which I don't qualify for. The new law is a deal breaker for me(i.e. I won't buy if I dont get 5800 off). Any opinions on what should I do?

Will the existing law still prevail till 200k cars per manufacturer in that case I'll still qualify or will the new law completely override existing law?

So recently I've bumped into a tall curb with my 01 E39, non M sport version, and broke this front lip. The thing is, I have been having trouble locating this part online, does anyone know the part code for it or what I should look for? Front lip did not return similar results
