I had an N64 back in the day and don't know much about the PSX library. I'll do some research later but thought it'd be fun to ask this here. Let's get hyped! I want to give Final Fantasy Tactics a try after hearing a lot of praise for it over the years.

So I am assigned to make a small game using an fpga board. It is going to be hook to a laser scanner which will then play the game on the wall. So I need to create some some of vector generators with subrutines for the game assets as well as come up with some sort of d2a communication with the board. Can anyone nudge me in the right direction to start either of this two parts.

![]() | Thew my MiSTEr in an original SNES case. The original power and reset switches work, as does the LED. I turned the console lid and the eject lever into buttons to map to the 3 switches on the top of the MiSTEr. With the exception of the eject button, I did all of this non-destructively to the original SNES case, so if I ever want to put a standard SNES back in the case, I can. Nothing really ground breaking, but I am happy with the result. [link] [comments] |

Hi I have an FPGA with 2 xbox 360 wired gamepad, and I can't manage to use them properly on the arcade core.
When I'm moving the 2P direction it will also work on the 1P and I don't how to unlink it?
Is there a trick I'm missing?
Thx

Forgive me for asking a stupid question as I have an on-and-off purely pleasure on-demand based relationship with MiSTer.
Can the GB and GBA cores (and maybe even SNES core) be overclocked to play games at 2x-4x speed?
Asking because Pokemon ROM hacks have huuuuge limitations on handheld emulation, and I can't stand to waste hours of my adult life playing Pokémon at 1x speed anymore.

Hi everyone I was hoping to get a little bit of help, I have a mister with i/o board and the USB board working great for Months but I have been playing exclusively on a 4k TV without any problem, I recently got a crt TV (jvc d series) the TV works great I already tested the TV and component input with other consoles. The point is that I connected the mister through the io board to component, I tried every setting on the ini file on mister without success (I also changed the position on the SOG switch on io board), the TV shows image in color but it flickers sideways nonstop wich let me to believe it could be an error with the SOG switch (first time I used the switch it felt weird like stuck in some way) I should say that I actually bought another cable with the same results (forgot to say that I even created another SD card for my mister to guarantee that configs are the default ones, same results)
Questions: 1) if everything is right but the SOG switch its not in the correct position, what should I see on the screen? 2)is there a way to substitute the switch with pins/jumpers and test it (as I see is just a 6 pin switch) but I don't have access to the same kind at the moment
Any other suggestions that don't imply buying another io board?
Thanks in advance

Subject: Totally new to FPGA and seeking some advice and answers
Hi everyone!
I became aware of FPGA “emulation” through RMC and LGR’s videos. I had heard about it before but never took the time to investigate further. Really cool it hardware emulates rather than software.
So basically I just need some clarification regarding some uses. I’m kind of intrigued about this device and consider purchasing one since I’m kind of a retro gaming enthusiast as well :)
The Mister Multisystem that RMC and Heber are selling, I assume it is without the actual FPGA?
Where do people usually source the DE10-Nano?
Can the Mister run PlayStation 1 games? Perhaps Dreamcast or Nintendo 64?
Are there other similar Mister systems to the RMC one or is this the “main” one currently being sold?
