Let's say theoretically you were pirating a game using a vpn, but you are tethered to an android phone because your wifi card is shit. Then 40~ minutes later, you completely lose connection (like it was unplugged)

I can not go and check if it was unplugged atm, and I'm kinda scared that my isp somehow saw what I was doing and turned off my router or something

Also this is the first time I've done something like this with this isp, as well as I used a vpn, but I'm scared that using USB tethering for internet with my phone somehow like bypassed the VPN so my isp saw I was theoretically downloading something

apologies for the noob question. i made a torrent of a "linux iso", but never uploaded the file anywhere, set any trackers or shared it with anyone. whenever i leave my pc, i just ctrl+a and set all my torrents to seed while im away, including this particular one. however, i came back to find i had seeded about 48% of the torrent to other people? how did they connect to me even though i never uploaded the torrent file anywhere or set any trackers?

Is it just me or does 1337x.tw have false seeder amounts? it will say a torrent has like 400 seeders yet when i grab it, it just downloads really slow like it has about 5

I got Skyrim SE from fitgirl and want to mod the game, as this was my main reason for getting the game since I had played it loads on console previously. When I try to run SKSE through Mod Organizer 2, it displays

'Launching D:\Games\The Elder Scrolls - Skyrim - Special Edition\\SkyrimSE.exe failed (740). Please try running skse64_loader as an administrator.'

Does anyone know how to resolve this? I know it isn't because the game is pirated, as others have said it works fine for them. When I go into he game files and run SKSE as administrator, it opens the game but does not load any of my mods. Please help

Got a new M1 Mac and now running Big Sur 11.5.2. Just reinstalled Amule just for the sake for it, and immediately found that:

- "Kad: Firewalled" and low ID issue, which is something I probably can't fix

- if sure if it's related, the eD2k Link input area at the bottom is all blacked out. I have tried many many times copied and pasted eD2k links in the space and the files won't show up on "Downloads"

- even with the help of Ed2k&MagnetHelper extension installed it won't work too like in the past.

Any idea? Thanks in advance.

I downloaded Command and Conquer Gold from myabandonware. Now, I am entirely new to this, but apparently I should just need to drag the .iso file to the DOSBox, but when I do that it says Image File Not Found.
