Subject: Is there a way to rip books from the Google Play Book?
I've seen a few posts recommending mp3tag to people who want to manage their music libraries. Is there a way to grab the tags for multiple songs using one of the online api searches? When I select all of the tracks, it only searches based upon the first song and I'm a little stuck. Any suggestions?

Hey guys,
So i downloaded a copy of Martha is Dead and the intro scene, instead of being the nicely animated CGI character that it should be, is just her voice speaking her lines over a background that’s writing her words down in cursive. I knew this wasn’t right because I had seen the intro scene before, so I deleted and got another copy. This copy had the same thing. No cutscene, just cursive writing spelling out the character’s dialogue. I’m so confused because the rest of the game, while a little low in frame rate, doesn’t seem to have any discrepancies. I’d like to play the version with actual animation, though. Does anybody know why this is happening? Is it a video driver issue? I’m running on Windows 10 with copies from both GOG and Fairlight. I just don’t understand if this intro is something they included for players in the absence of a correct driver or something? Any insight is appreciated!!

Was using a fitgirl FFXV torrent through qbitorrent with a VPN (Nord). I can’t get the proxy to work through the settings for Qbitorrent; anyway..
I was downloading throughout the night and woke up to the DL finished and my VPN was off. I thought I had set the Killswitch and kill task switcher on but apparently they didn’t go off. I believe it had something to do with my internet cutting out (at some point) and putting the VPN through a connection loop of failing then asking for a retry.
What can I do to protect myself further, this is the 6th warning in 3 years. I want to be able to test for leaks and set the proxy through q-bit.
Also concerned of the danger of getting shut down, how should I approach my setup? Thanks

Subject: A big pirated software site in my country just deleted ALL of their Photoshop posts.
So there's this site Bagas31[dot]com that Indonesians used to get pirated software from. It was one of the big names, lasted for a good few years before it got taken down. The releases are in the form of clean files - crack, sometimes in one file from a single link or separate file and link but in the same post. Their reputation is along the lines of "mostly safe, but who knows".
A clone surfaced a while after the takedown with a [dot]info domain. No one really knows who operates this one after the previous' got themselves in the police's radar, but it has the same look and feel so people keep using it anyway.
30-ish days ago I snatched a very specific version of photoshop from them. I just realized when trying to install it today that they didn't provide the crack in the archive with this one. So, I opened the website and... all Photoshop pages are gone. Damn. Gigabytes of data wasted, only because the crack link is gone. Probably will try GenP.
It's a stretch, but this could be related to the news about Google improving their anti-piracy algorithm. Idk though.

I've decided to pay for a download service and right now I'm trying to decide which premium subscription I should get. Unsenet is pretty big it seems but it never seemed that trustworthy to me. I saw 1fichier many times on different download sites. I'm downloading mostly cracked software movies and tv shows in German. Maybe someone can help me to decide or even mention some more suitable services. One big downside is that I can only pay via PayPal. Kinda sucks I know. But maybe there is a a suitable solution.

I have recently relocated to the US from a country that didn't really care about piracy and torrenting so this whole scene is a bit new to me.
I am currently part of 2 private torrent tracker sites (which I get All of my torrents from)
I run pico + qbit
I have the whole 1.1.1.1 warp thing running on my windows device
ISP is spectrum
What else can I do (until I get a VPN) to make my torrenting situation less prone to ISP emails and warning?
Whilst getting a VPN is recommended, realistically given my private tracker use and 1.1.1.1 (I am aware of the discussions around it being that it isn't actually a VPN etc); is the VPN necessary?
I also have the option of using Seedr (the free 2gb option) but the private trackers sites I am a part of don't provide magnet links so I'm leaning less toward this option overall....
Any and all thoughts and comments are appreciated.
