I'm interested in ripping NWH ( which I bought for cheap ) . I can stream it via Google TV App, google play or YouTube. I can't find any specific request (mpd or m3u8) nor license requests. Any ideas or guide? I can decrypt files with L3 DRM only

I am attempting to compress a 833.2 MB 25 minute episode of a popular TV show to 50 MB with it looking at least somewhat decent with decent audio. The source file format is MKV. What command parameters can I use with FFMPEG to achieve this?

I recently switched from Windows 7 to Ubuntu on an old laptop as Microsoft stopped its support of the former. I have 4-5 pre installed games from steam rip and tried to play them on linux with playonlinux, but as they are pre installed and i am still a beginner with linux i don't know how to do it. Can someone help?

Subject: All I want to do is find a website where I can direct download movies in 1080p. Can anyone please share one where every download link isn’t dead?
I’ve tried every one in the piracy mega thread and every link leads to a 404 file not found or the movie isn’t in HD. I’m trying to get Pulp Fiction please help me. I usually watch on movies2watch but I’m trying to have some movies saved for when my internet goes out. Is using the download button on that site safe? It’s in the player itself, not on the side but I’m usually sketched out by those.

Could someone point me in the right direction for this?
Ive got a handful of releases that i have enhanced audio packs for.
This is the input i have, AC3 mkvs, and DTS mkas,
And this is the output i want, DTS mkv without the AC3.
Is there a way to do this over and over without having to manually change the name for each one?
I can combine them one at a time with mkvtoolnix, but trying to figure out how to batch this stuff, cuz just dragging more into the queue doesnt work.
Is there a better tool for this or a better way to go about this? Ive been googling around but a lot of the FFMPEG scripting goes right over my head. Cuz besides The Wire ive got 13 seasons of Doctor Who and a few other series so doing hundreds of episodes individually isnt an appealing prospect...

I have a folder full of some favourite films on my tablet's SD card. All MP4. It's about 15 films from the 80s and 90s. Average run-time is 90 minutes, average size is about 1 or 2gb. Nothing modern, nothing major, and they're almost all 720p. Can I compress these MP4s on the tablet itself to save a little bit of a space? I have a large ROMs/ISOs folder that takes up the majority of the SD card's capacity, so I'd like to free up just a little bit of space for some extra stuff.
I could always store them elsewhere, and I have plenty of options between spare SD cards and USB sticks, but I'd like them to remain on the tablet, as it's what I use most days. Thanks in advance.

Followed all steps in the Wiki and I repeatedly get "Activation Failed [Error Code: 0xC004F034].
I noticed my watermark was gone, so I went to activation settings and discovered that I am now receiving the message "It looks like the hardware on this device has changed. Makes sure you're connected to the Internet and try again later." I am not sure if this is normal to see but I have not changed any hardware.
Help?

Subject: libby: a simple CLI tool to quickly download books from libgen (Library Genesis)
Just wondering if there is any program or plugin that will allow me to grab embedded yt premium videos. I am a paying member for a forum and on said forum there are numerous videos that appear to be YT.
I have tried the online downloaders, Jdownloader and several plugins on Chrome but no success as of yet.
Any advice on this would be appreciated

What's your usual go-to? Looking to grab a few movies - mostly older stuff from the 80s and 90s. Would be nice to have a one-stop shop for the downloads, rather than jump around between sites.
TIA.

Hello,
I just need a VPN for a week. Are there any out there that would allow trial without payment info ?
I mean just email and activates trial
Thanks.

Subject: Fuck Crave - This shit streaming service got me back into torrenting shows
This absolute garbage of a streaming service has been awful since I started using it - but tolerable enough to put up with.
They have episode-specific links so when my laptop goes to sleep I need to go back to the main page, scroll down and go back to the episode I was at... If I hit refresh it brings me back to the first episode I started watching the previous session, and fucks up my watch history. An extra like 3 clicks all for nothing.
Constantly logs me out and the process to sign in with my cable provider is like 5 steps.
And today, was the last straw. They removed South Park and moved it to Paramount+
So I went and ordered a DEDICATED SERVER for $6/month (like half of what Crave charges, but I get it for free, and funny enough the same price as Paramount+) and 1TB storage so I can run plex on it and stream to my laptop that way. Biggest pain in the ass is torrenting, watching, deleting, and my laptop ends up littered with stuff I never end up watching.
Hope you guys enjoyed the rant. Fuck these incompetent companies. I would be happy paying for a service that actually works, but this is too much to put up with.
