[Petition to Director of Audits, Audit Div. of NH Legislative Budget Assistant]

Why has the New Hampshire Judicial Conduct Committee been slow to move corrupt judges off of the public payroll, including a judge arrested by the DOJ? Family court handles the most painful and traumatic events in the relationships of families across the country, impacting the development of children and entire communities daily. When a family court judge corrupts proceedings, she destroys more than just the individuals involved.

On Feb. 11, 2021, the Dept. of Justice announced that New Hampshire Circuit Court Judge Julie A. Introcaso, 56, was arrested on two felony charges of falsifying physical evidence, two misdemeanor charges of tampering with public records and a misdemeanor charge of unsworn falsification. As described below, she was caught using white out to cover up that she had been fixing a family court case. As a Circuit Court judge (9th Circuit Court, Hillsborough County – Family Division – Nashua), she had been earning $165,000 per year. From January 2020 to October 2020, judge Introcaso was on paid administrative leave while the NH Judicial Conduct Committee (JCC) investigated her for fixing a family court case. Only in Oct. 2020 did the state court suspend her without pay.

We hereby Petition the Audit Division of the NH Legislative Budget Assistant to commence an immediate audit of procedures at the JCC to determine if citizen complaints are aging while judges remain on the public payroll, and to provide the public recommendations on whether the administration of judicial discipline in NH needs immediate reforms. If judge Introcaso had not tried to hide her deeds, it is questionable whether the JCC would have filed a criminal charge against her. But, what about the families she destroyed before she got caught? A state audit will allow for open hearings, where other people can speak about their experiences, not only with judge Introcaso, but with other judges receiving state compensation. Should the JCC fail such a state audit, we anticipate that the Director of the Audit Division will cease funding the state entity (JCC) until it is in compliance with the Division’s audit recommendations. The state should have independent eyes on the JCC’s activities.

So check it, a dude named Joe Nobody started making a webcomic about his experience in a verifiably true child-abusing "behavior-modification" program called The Elan School.

His webcomic Joe vs. Elan School is still a work in progress, with chapters once or twice a month. It is fucking nuts and the level of detail being described leaves no doubt that this stuff went down. And even if you don't believe Joe, a quick google search will show hundreds of other survivors of these kinds of programs speaking out about the same abuses.

Like many content creators, he eventually made his way to reddit. He created a subreddit about the comic and has spent about 2 years building it up through posting new chapters and word of mouth from supporters like me.

The unethical, child-abusing degenerates running Reddit recently decided that he was getting too popular on his own and banned him, probably falling back on some obscure rule written specifically to let them ban anyone.

You don't have to take my word for it, scroll to the end of this recent chapter where Joe writes a message about

1.) watching his comic go viral on r/askreddit

2.) watching his subreddit jump by 10,000 subscribers

3.) waking up the next morning to a permanent lifetime ban from reddit

4.) realizing that he was the only one is his sub with permissions to post, so now he cannot reach any of the 25k subscribers with new chapters, or updates

5.) begins to write admins asking why, only to be ghosted

All of this happened before this new reddit pedo, child-abusing, admin drama came out. I just want to point that out. And if you cannot see the connection between these two events, then you are beyond hope.

Reddit is an absolute shit-stain on humanity and the child-abusing pieces of human garbage who run reddit have been given the power to influence millions of people and silence whoever they please.

Know that shit.
