I have just rescued my old Amiga 1200 from the loft where it's been for over 20 years. I have the power supply but nothing else. It still turns on and looks great but has a small crack by the disk drive and another little chip in the bottom left corner. Other than these it's in great condition and isn't yellow (keys are). Is it worth anything in the UK?

I got an a500 plus and installed both an aca500plus and a gotek floppy drive, and works flawlessly, but was considering about getting an a1200, are there similar solutions to an aca500plus + gotek for it?

I rebuilt an A500+ (plus) using a 500++ replacement board, recycling all of the working chips and using modern caps, etc.

As far as I can tell, it works completely, but when I boot up Arkanoid in KS 3.1, it doesn't work (presumably incompatible). In KS 1.3, it seems to work fine, but when I play I don't see any of the powerups dropping or any of the enemies that come out of the top. The game interacts with those missing sprites just fine and the ball bounces off them as if they were there.

On a stock A500 using KS 1.3, everything plays fine as well, using the same disk.

Is this a problem with the A500+? Does it relate to having 1mb ram? Or could it be a problem in my build? Are there any other steps you could recommend to troubleshoot?

This game looks great - I love 3D space shooters, especially with AGA graphics. I'm struggling to find a .lhd file for it? I know the creator gave .iso and .lhd files out for free, but those download links no longer seem to function, wondering if a kind soul could help point me in the direction of a rom?
